Lavender Coffee Syrup
Lavender Coffee Syrup: The Flavor That Turns Heads
Of every flavor we make, Lavender gets the strongest reactions. People either already know they want it, or they've never had it and don't believe floral and coffee belong in the same cup. Both groups end up ordering it.
What it actually tastes like
Floral, but not soapy or perfume-like. It's subtle enough to round out the bitterness of coffee instead of fighting it, and it pairs especially well with milk, since the creaminess softens the floral note even more. If you've had a lavender latte from a specialty coffee shop, this is that flavor, made at home.
How to use it
One packet, one 16oz cup. Stir it into a latte, a cold brew, or even plain drip coffee if you want to see what the flavor does on its own before adding milk. It also works well mixed into a simple vanilla or plain iced coffee if you want a lighter floral note rather than a strong one.
