Cane Sugar Simple Syrup Packets for Coffee and Cocktails

Every bar and every coffee station runs on simple syrup. It is also one of the messiest things to keep around. Sticky bottles, drippy pumps, and half a bottle that goes bad before you finish it. So we made it a packet.

Cane Sugar Simple Syrup is our newest Pocket Pours flavor, and it launches in December 2026.

What it is

Plain, clean cane sugar sweetness. No vanilla, no caramel, no flavor getting in the way. It sweetens whatever you are making and lets the coffee or the cocktail do the talking.

Two sizes

10 mL packet. Built for coffee. One packet sweetens a cup, same easy habit as the rest of the Pocket Pours lineup.

0.5 oz packet. Built for cocktails. A half ounce is a common pour for sours, mojitos, and other shaken drinks, so there is no measuring.

Where it works

• Hot coffee and iced coffee. Stir it in and go. A liquid sweetener mixes into cold drinks way better than granulated sugar does.
• Cold brew and iced tea. Same idea, no gritty sugar at the bottom of the glass.
  Cocktails. Old fashioneds, whiskey sours, mojitos, espresso martinis, and anything else that calls for simple syrup.
• Gift bags. Flat, light, and sealed, so it slides right into a coffee or cocktail gift bag.
